Katie Brown Kitchens is a family owned business in Lincolnshire. It is the largest independent Kitchen Showroom in the county, selling quality premium kitchens at an affordable price.

Challenge

The Carbon Group were asked to support Katie Brown Kitchens with marketing and business growth services. The brief was to support the growth of sales both from a direct-to-consumer and business-to-business level.

Solution

After conducting a full audit of the business, we implemented a number of key actions to improve and refine the sales and marketing process, which included a brand new website, a more efficient and streamlined sales process, social media management and lead generation.

Outcome

Within six weeks, Katie Brown had a new SEO optimised, lead generating website, which filtered into an efficient sales process which the team could manage. Website visits improved by 32%, and as a result the sales enquiries generated through the site also increased by +80%. Within our first four months of working with Katie Brown Kitchens, we also secured a contract with a Building Developer worth in excess of £250,000 per year.

We also set up a lead-generating process for Katie Brown Kitchens, giving the team instant access to planning portal applications which was developing sales leads at a rate of 20+ leads per week.
