ABCo is a British engineering company with over 50 years of experience in the manufacture of high quality hydraulic pumps, cylinders and jacks. ABCo products are supplied to a wide range of customers in the agricultural, construction, automotive, marine & medical industries worldwide.
Challenge
Following several years of diminishing sales and key personnel changes, the business was in need of a completely fresh approach to its sales and marketing strategies.
Solution
The turnaround started with a brand new ecommerce website, which was built, tested and launched within seven weeks. The Carbon Group also helped recruit an in-house marketing resource to cover the day-to-day implementation of the sales & marketing strategy that had been developed.
Outcome
Within a year, the business has seen a substantial turnaround, sales are surpassing their previous best levels and the business is now in such a strong position it is making substantial investments in new machinery and technology to further increase growth.
